These guys are not just professional but also very kind and helpful. I came in with an old key from 1988 Mazda Rx-7 that got broken in half, and they were able to duplicate the key and educated me on their warranty and support for every key they make. The keys worked great and the prices were very cheap. They were able to charge $15 each key instead of $200 that I got a quote from someone else just because the key is from 1988.I would recommend to come here to get the work done efficiently and to be treated respectfully.

Amazing customer service! Highly recommended! They presented me with the best options available for my specific security concerns. Good experience with the guys at Precision Lock and Safe. They installed a keypad entry lock for me. The installer took a lot of time to make sure it was installed correctly and tweaked my door a bit for me as it was rubbing against the jamb. Very happy with the service I received.

I had attempted to research and buy a safe online but there was too many options and not enough information. Other shops I went to were unable to answer my questions. I didn't want to buy a safe and have the hassle of hauling it home and it being the wrong one - wasting time, money and probably causing a back ache to boot. Elaad and Dov of Precision Lock and Safe were both extremely knowledgeable in helping us pick out the right safe for our needs and price range. They helped up with the set up of the new codes and even loaded two rather heavy safes neatly and carefully into our car. They offer delivery and installation options as well!!Elaad and Dov are experienced, knowledgeable, honest and professional. I will definitely be going back to Precision Lock and Safe in the future.Their rating is very well deserved.
